Sign up for credit cards with 0% balance transfers for one year. Do the maximum balance transfer you can do a bank account of yours (usually has to be done via the debit card number, sometimes telling the credit card company that it’s a credit card, not a checking account). Then, put the money in the highest interest savings account you can find. Make the minimum monthly payments each month, and then pay off what’s left at the end of the 12 month period. Keep the interest.
